Shipping and Return Policy

All orders are produced after your order is placed. Orders are generally shipped within 2 days after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive, depending upon the shipping method selected. Additional processing time may be needed for non-stocked items or stock replenishment.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days from when it is received for a full refund. If the product is damaged by the shipper, please retain all packing materials. These will be required to process your claim. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We do require that you obtain a return authorization prior to sending back an item.
