All orders will be produced after store closing and shipped to the event for event staff to distribute. No returns or exchanges.

Damaged or defective items

All claims for shortages or damage must be made within 72 hours of delivery of goods. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
